Fairly clean and ideal hotel with amazing location in the center of the old town, just what I needed. The room was squeaky clean and fashionable with the 1 sgl bed, great pillows for a really nice stay.

The room is practical and a good size, and the staff, particularly the receptionist on my check-in day, are genuinely caring. 🌟 It's conveniently located just a minute's walk from Muhlenplatz and right next to the impressive Lion Monument.

We truly enjoyed the hotel, it was ideal and clean. The room was kept clean and available with comfortable beds and fabulous view. The staff was super-friendly, provided an early check-in and a late check-out. The location was good and beautiful - ease of access to Town Hall. The services were superb!

The room was wonderful and comfortable with a beautiful view, a bathtub, and a nice 42-inch TV, and the location was great, just a 10-minute walk to Weinmarkt.

The Altstadt Hotel Krone Luzern is a fantastic three-star hotel. The location is excellent and the rooms are enjoyable to stay in. The beds are comfortable, and the venue is kept very clean. Plus, they offer free Wi-Fi for guests. Nearby, you can unwind and dine at Restaurant Opus.

It is very easy to walk to from the train station. Being so close to the railway station is convenient for business travelers. The view from the hotel room is great, overlooking the Lucerne Lake. The rooms are luxurious, clean and comfortable. The bed is comfortable with an additional layer of cushion, making it even more cozy. The hotel also provides a microwave outside for guest use.

The staff are not very friendly, which can be a downside for those who value good customer service.

I loved the excellent location of this hotel in the heart of the old town. It was very easy to walk to from the train station and there were good restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The cobbled streets outside the hotel were charming and it was a pleasure to explore the shops in the old town. The room was a decent size, perfect for my family, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The coffee machine in the room was a nice touch. The breakfast offered a simple but adequate selection of breads, cereal, cold meats, and cheeses. The staff were friendly and helpful, responding quickly to any inquiries.
