I faced numerous issues during my stay. The air conditioning was non-functional, leaving me hot and uncomfortable all night. Additionally, I had problems with my breakfast inclusion, which added to my frustration. After many attempts to clarify this with the staff, I felt terribly let down by the service.

This place suits me perfectly! It offers great wi-fi, luggage storage, and a flat-screen TV. The staff once helped me with evening plans, making my stay even better. I highly recommend it. I’m coming back for a holiday!

The location in the old town is superb, making it easy to walk to shops and transportation. The room was clean, featuring a coffee machine and fridge that added convenience. However, the room and bathroom were somewhat small, and the absence of air conditioning might be a concern during warmer months.
